Troy Spicer

Chef Troy Spicer is the Coordinator of the Retail Meat Cutter 245R Pre-Apprentice program and a faculty member in the School of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts at Fanshawe College  He completed 245R Retail Meat Cutter apprenticeship and holds a 415A Cook Certificate of Qualification with the Ontario College of Trades. With over 25 years of experience in the food industry, Troy enjoys sharing his industry knowledge and retail meat cutting experience with his students and providing students with a real world learning experience.
