Linda is a Professor of Faculty Development in the Teaching & Learning Centre at Seneca College. In this role, Linda works with the Seneca community to support leadership and excellence in teaching and learning. Linda has a Ph.D. in Molecular and Medical Genetics from the University of Toronto and 20 years of experience teaching biotechnology at the post-secondary level. She is the co-developer of online multimedia resources for student technical skills development, online course design resources and online alternative assessment resources for faculty. Linda facilitates courses within Seneca's Faculty Development Program and champions Seneca's Micro-credentials for Faculty PD program. Linda is passionate about the effective use of technology in teaching and learning and exploring how new technologies such as Extended Reality and Digital Badges can promote learning outcomes.
